Started by Emily Pylant in 2007, Cowbell Communications provides freelance copywriting and marketing communications services to a variety of entrepreneurs, small businesses and international corporations. We’re creative, virtual and resourceful.  When needed, we collaborate with a talented network of designers, programmers, photographers, video producers and printers to help tell your story.

Emily Pylant is a creative communicator with three decades of experience serving as a brand ambassador for healthcare companies. Her strengths include bringing an organization’s personality to life through words and graphics that support business goals. McKesson, Emory Healthcare and UPS are where Emily made the most noise leading sales-focused marketing and corporate communications efforts. Her work has earned her a Medical Marketing Award, Apex Award and The Communicator Award. A first-generation American, raised in rural Connecticut, she earned her bachelor’s in communications from the University of Connecticut. Emily lives in Atlanta with her husband, Bud, and their daughter, Phoebe.
